2009 Incredible Ireland!

Guthrie heralds from a Celtic background, and holds many connections throughout the British Isles which includes Ireland . Many Scots moved to Ireland before migrating to North America. Tyrone Guthrie, founder of the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, had a family home in Ireland. He is also the great grandson of Sir Thomas Guthrie whose statue stands on Princes Street in Edinburgh.

Ireland holds a particular charm and mystique, and the friendly people still hold fast to their older traditions. Explore some of Ireland's gems on one of the following tours this season which begin and end in England. Ferry passage to Ireland and return is included in the tour price.
